All of our guitars come with a FREE professional setup to a comfortable action as specified by that instrument’s manufacturer. Our setups always include inspection of (and necessary adjustment to): action, intonation, tremolo angle, truss rod, frets, nut, bridge, and more. We can accommodate special setup requests – additional charges and/or shipping delays of 1-2 business days could occur.

We will inspect each and every one of the items ordered before shipping. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time will be between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing, and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of several different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that your order could be unable to fill after you place the order.
The period of time is 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we're not able to issue a refund or an exchange.
Your item should be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It should also be in the original package.
